Inspired by my Giants and Their Pets series, this piece captures the bond between human and companion through the tall, gentle, elongated figures that reoccur throughout the series. Hipster Cat is a personal tribute to Yuki, my free-spirited cat who joined me on every adventure, even canoeing. Calm and composed even on water, he embodied a rare serenity.
