Karoo Myth

Inspired by an exhibition I held, centered on the myth of a mermaid found deep within the Karoo. In this piece, I drew a mermaid intertwined with the fynbos, reflecting the unique landscape and spirit of the region. I also painted a protea, the iconic fynbos flower of the area, to anchor the work.
