Sunny

This drawing reflects our absorption in devices, searching through screens for a sense of reality and for a reflection of the world as it once was. We looked for the sun through our devices, unable to step outside and simply experience it.

The piece evokes a lonely universe, where the only light left seems to come from the glow of our screens—a strange distance between ourselves and the world that is still waiting just beyond them.
